AmjadB-411+ review⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
My son started North Halifax Grammer School today and it only happen due to the effort given by Linda. She is wonderful teacher and knows how to motivate children for their better future My son is the only one in his class who got through with a guaranteed place despite others having tutors too My son has always been happy to take lessons and learn new things and he has achieved a lot under the supervision of Linda. The Quizzes have helped him a lot which is again an extra benefit and added variety to the lessons.

Mathematics 11+ English 11+ Verbal Reasoning 11+ Non-Verbal Reasoning 11+ Past Paper PracticeWho passes their 11+ and how are places allocated?
Grammar schools allow anyone who wishes to take the examination a chance to sit it.
The students pass marks are ranked in order and it is the top 10% who are allocated the places they have each year.
A lot of preparation needs to be done by tutors who have been doing this job for years and have a track record, as we have, 95% of our students who join in year four and do the allocated homework, a GUARANTEED PLACE.
The top 10% who pass with guaranteed places are those who have put the work in with tutors like ourselves, who have decades of experience at getting children into Free Grammar Schools and know all the requirements.
Why are extra places allocated later?
The initial offer is made in October/ November time when the children are in year 6 at school. However, some of the students who have been offered a guaranteed place decide for various family reasons not take it, and so, at a later date, these places are offered to the next in line in the rankings at a later date, generally around March of the following year when emails and letters are sent out informing people of the extra places offered.
All areas have professionals who offer mock exams locally. The children who prepare for the 11+ will be top of their primary school in mathematics because they need to learn at a higher level than that taught in primary education.
The mock exams make the candidates realise they are competing with other candidates at a higher level, so it is critical that they take mock exams to compare themselves with the other children taking the exam and not the children at school receiving a standard education.
When is the best time to book a mock exam?
It is essential that you book in during the spring of their year 5 – between March and April if possible, and book another one or two mock exams in before they take the real one.
The mocks make them realise how hard they need to work, the examination results break all their marks down into the four various sections, maths, English, VR and non VR and also highlight areas they need to work on, giving valuable information on the child’s strengths and weaknesses within each topic.
The examiners send through a list of topics to parents and supporters that their child needs to work on.
They also get a ranking and a mark with an explanation as to how near they are to passing the real exam.
The mocks make the children realise the goals they need to work towards, and motivate them to strive and try hard, realising where they are, and how much more work they have to put in before the real test. This is invaluable in helping them to pass the real exam.
How to give your child the best possible chance of passing.
Experienced tutors will allocate targets and dates by which certain topics must be covered and certain books at various levels finished.
The majority of students who pass are average students who have had the right support from their tutors, friends and family who have all done due diligence, helping the child to complete the majority of their homework each week, apart from questions they struggle on, which tutors are there to help them with.
In year 5 taken mock exams need to be taken in the spring term to ensure they are used to the various exam requirements and learn their exam techniques. The professional bodies who offer mock exams will give a clear indication as to where they are in relation to passing and what topics they need to cover before the real exam.
Starting out early on this path, at the beginning of year 4, enables time before the real exam for candidates to practice past papers and do well in their mock exams.
